食管癌 在华治疗

中国自主研发的PD-1药物已用于食管鳞状细胞癌：卡瑞利珠单抗已在中国获批该适应症，替雷利珠单抗（tislelizumab）则已获FDA批准（2024年、2025年）。中国还于2026年批准了satri-cel CAR-T，用于Claudin18.2阳性的胃食管交界腺癌。患者可通过医院肿瘤科或临床试验获得治疗。
