What paperwork should I collect before leaving China?

The CDC advises medical tourists to request copies of their medical records in English and share them with doctors at home. Patients also note insurers may need original stamped receipts, and foreigners often cannot download reports online, so collect imaging files, reports and receipts in person before you leave.
