How soon can I fly home after surgery in China?

Ask your surgeon. As a general guide, the CDC says medical tourists should not fly for 10 days after chest or abdominal surgery, and cites a 7 to 10 day wait after facial cosmetic procedures. Long flights after surgery also raise the risk of blood clots.
