It depends heavily on the hospital type. Patients report public hospital ER registration around 30 RMB and an ambulance ride of 120 RMB in Beijing, with tests added on top. A private international hospital in Beijing lists ER fees of 1,860 to 3,920 RMB before tests. Serious injuries can cost far more.
