截至2024年底，中国大陆已有三家运营中的重离子（碳离子）中心：上海市质子重离子医院、武威和兰州，此外还有淄博万杰、上海瑞金等质子中心。武威采用NMPA批准的国产碳离子系统。就诊需经各中心转诊及评估。

武威中心表示，已有来自比利时、韩国和澳大利亚的患者在该院接受治疗。上海中心于2026年1月宣布二期扩建。

是的。NMPA于2019年批准了中国首套自主研制的碳离子治疗系统，装机于武威。
