中医 在华治疗
中医受2017年7月1日施行的《中医药法》规范。从业人员需取得中医医师资格，中医诊所通过向县级部门备案登记。公立医院和独立中医院均设有中医科室，外国人可自费就诊。

中医诊所如何获得执业许可？
中医诊所只需向县级中医药主管部门备案其名称、地址、诊疗范围和人员信息后即可执业。按照2017年标准，中西医结合的诊所中医治疗占比不得低于85%。
